RoyalDeco charges Flat 30 USD for all international orders from USA and around the world.
For International Shipping, the average delivery time is 5-12 days depending on the country of residence.
All International orders are sent through DHL or sometimes other logistics according to pincode and availability.
Any customs or import duties if charged once the parcel reaches its destination country must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you the cost as it varies from country to country if levied.

Please note that your order can only be cancelled before we have dispatched it to you. We have no way of cancelling it once it is shipped from our end. If you want to cancel the order before you receive a shipping notification mail from us, please drop us an e-mail on royaldecofurnishing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. Your cancellation request will be processed within 48 hours.
We offer Return only if product is Damaged/Defective/Incomplete/Wrong Order from our end. We request you to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order with the images of the product received. Please share the images with the original labels, tags intact along with the invoice to royaldecofurnishing@gmail.com and we will investigate the case and reply within 48 hours with the best available resolution.
Once we receive the product, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days.
If you choose to refuse the delivery of the product for any reason, the refund cost will be made after deducting the import charges we incur to ship the product back to India. If the return charges are higher than the order refund amount, no refund will be made.
You can self-ship the products you wish to return by any reliable courier service within 7 days of raising a return request. Please share the order number while sending the parcel at our warehouse.
